Shipping and Returns

UK Delivery

Unless otherwise indicated on the listing, delivery within the UK is free of charge for all pottery, lighting and glass items.

For items of furniture the price includes a £40 UK delivery charge, which is an average for London and the Home Counties, but is likely to cost more for elsewhere in the country and for the Central London Congestion Charge Zone. If multiple items of furniture are purchased the delivery charge will be waived on all other items delivered at the same time.

Alternatively, we can arrange for you to collect from us here in Essex, UK, or can work with your own courier.

Please feel free to purchase an item of furniture and if necessary we can adjust the cost to allow for delivery by either accepting an additional charge or making a partial refund depending on your chosen method of being united with your new purchase.

International Delivery

Please contact us for incividual quotes on worldwide delivery.

Dispatch Time

Dispatch for pottery, glass and lighting will be within three working days. For furniture dispatch will usually be within five working days, but delivery may take up to two calendar weeks depending on the delivery service agreed. Internaional items will depend on destination and delivery service agreed.

Customs Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We recommend that buyers research local customs rules and duties prior to order.

Returns

Returns are accepted if we are contacted within 14 days of delivery and items are returned within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation

Cancellations can be accepted prior to us dispatching an item. Please contact us to discuss.
