A really beautiful and quite rare example of vintage Czech Sklo Bohemian glass from the Prachen Glassworks by Josef Hospodka. This design can come in mixed colours, but this one is all in green. It is a heavy piece with a classic flat base.
Size is 14cm high x 15cm wide.
The vase is in good vintage original condition, with no significant chips, cracks, repairs or significant marks. There are some extremely light grazes to the sides of the vase, which are almost imperceptible and not possible to photograph. There is some wear to the base. There is one small chip at the edge of the base, which is very difficult to see when the vase is stood upright (see photos). As with any hand blown glass, there are a small number of inclusions and bubbles within glass caused during the manufacturing process.
